What map card are you all using for Watts Bar? I assume Navionics, but I'm not familiar the different versions.

I bought the $99 Navionics update card and it works great. I also have a Lake Master card for 'Birds, but on Watts Bar it's great on most of the main lake but goes total red in coves and upper end.
How does the update card work?

Navionics.com explains it all. I think you have to have an old card (I have an old Hotmaps card) to activate the update card and then you can choose any area to download on the new card and get updates free for 1 year and add other areas to the card.Originally Posted by MikeT1973
My fishing partner has a Navionics platinum and it works well on Watts Bar too.
I have never used the navionics mapping so I don't know how it compares but my lakemaster v4 was good when I was down there a few months ago.
