    eye glasses for retirees.

The rumor mill has it that FT Campbell KY's optometry clinic is offering free prescription glasses including bifocals for retirees. Just take them a current eye test. I'll have to call them this week to confirm/deny the rumor.

Post up what you find out. Fort Leonard Wood will do it if you are a 100% disabled veteran.

They do Mike. I have a pair from Blanchfield. They are lined bifocals instead of the progressive "no lines" but there was no charge. You take your script in and get fitted there, pick from a limited choice of frames. They mailed them to my house. I asked for a dipped pair of sunglasses and they also sent me a pair since I'd never used that service before.

Saved me 99.00 for the same thing from Wally World.
