I don't pay attention. Put it in the cart and swipe my credit card at checkout.

Exactly what we do. Get Cabelas points and about 1K a year in points. Buys a gun or rod and reals each year for free. My point was my wife does the shopping and I pay the bill.

$2.48 for mlk at Aldi's and $.48 for a dozen eggs. How can the farmers make a go at it with these prices?

I shopped at Wally World with the Miss and that was the prices. We have a Aldi and went there 1 time after it first opened years ago and never went back.

Been to Aldi once when they first came to town in my old home town. First impression EBT store never went back. I think I can afford a few more ducats to get quality food, and not shop in a store that is owned by a German company. Not a fan. But to each his own.

Isn't the price drop due to the egg laying chicken virus finally getting eradicated? I remember not too long ago egg prices jumped as a large majority of egg laying chickens contracted some virus that made the eggs bad.

They have good produce, good deals and good prices. Plus you pay a .25 for a cart to loan, and they all get returned so you don't get carts left in the parking lots to bang your doors. That right their is priceless, or you can go to Krogers pay more and have a good ball push the cart into your door because he is too lazy to push it to the holder!!!

Love ya Championman, but Aldis is a nice place to shop, give it another try!!!

Not sure about your part of the country but our EBT and wick voucher users shop at Kroger and Hy Vee the two highest priced stores in our area. Rarely have seen EBT and wick vouchers used at WalMart and none the two times I have been in Aldi's since this thread started.

Not one within 100 miles of me. I guess EBT was a bad choice of terms. Seems like an outlet/out of sale date store to me. I do wish I had a Kroger near me, closest one is 110 miles away. Publix, Winn-Dixie and WM are all I have here. I rarely shop WM.
