Question Anyone had issues with clearance on PP adapter?

Bought a Power Pole braced adapter (part PKB-S-2-2-S-BK) to replace my non-braced adapter on my 2007 Sabre. Regardless how I position it on the Slidemaster plate, it hits the hull. Have a query in to Power Pole, just wondering if anyone else had run across this.

Power Pole brackets can require some minor alterations and they have an excellent engineering staff to assist you.

Watching this one close, please post a followup when you get the info. I have one of my brackets very close to the hull

Here is a photo of the new adapter:

Also sent this photo to Mike @ Power Pole. Hope he can offer a resolution.

I had a similar problem... the left and right sponsons are not exactly the same I had to go to a longer setback plate adapter to make mine clear! Now I have 7/8" clearance on the right and 3/8" on the left side

The offset is left in the hulls sponson from designs where steering required more room on one side, allowing for cable steering.

Mine sits about 1/2" away from the Hull, no signs of it ever touching. I'm assuming there is only one clear choice as far as Part number for a Sabre and your brand jackplate. ( I installed mine a long time ago ) I would Email Power Pole as well and see what they say.

Received a response from Mike Schmidt @ PP this morning. He advised I needed part number PKB-S-5-4-S-BK to correctly position my PP. Apparently, the PP Wizard assumes all Slidemaster plates are 8" or larger. Mine is a 6" plate, so gives up some room needed.
