    Caliper Issue

    I am trying to replace calipers on my 91 Ranger trail trailer. Local Ranger dealer provided later model calipers with an adapter. Had a mech. Put the assembly on told me it rubbed and would not work. What do people with older trailers do?

    Are yours the Kelsey Hayse calipers or the "Turtle Back" calipers?

    Kelsey hayse will have the Chysler pentastar on it. the turtle backs are a caliper mounted to a "shell" that resembles a back of a turtle.
