How to rig a Honda for a Pheonix 721

Ordering a new Boat in the near future most likely a Phoenix 721. I have a few questions.

I would assume the faster of the two Honda's would be the 250 over the 225, but I'm not sure because there not the same gear ratio???

What shaft would I order L, X or XX ????

How high do I jack it Like Prop shaft to pad, what rigging hole, do they like to run high like a YAMAHA???

Hoping Honda Ray sees this post, I remember him in a video saying his Honda would push his 721 at 70mph...

Probably start out at 3 and go up from there. Fury run good for a little while till they lose their cup.
Need to run solid plugs and move the batteries as far against the forward bulk head as you can. Though I had a 721 with a BF225 and it ran 68-69 with a half tank of gas and two folks.

I would go with a BF250 as I had one on a 921 with the same speeds, so on the 721 It should be faster, I think!

Thanks again, so 250 is faster even with the 2.00:1 ratio?
