    Remote control

    I purchased a Helix in early march and filled out the form to receive the free remote control. I am still waiting. Should I call Humminbird or is this slowness normal for them?

    Mine was approved over a month ago but after reading on here I'm not expecting the remote to be here in a very timely manner.

    I purchased 2 Helix units in early March. Received both remotes in exactly 6 weeks.

    The email they sent out said 5-7 weeks. So I should receive in the next 2 weeks. I've been catching fish without it.

    Mine was approved on April 21st...After contacting them several times I gave up. Frustrating.. Good Luck!
