    YES It opened the 17th. Always the 3rd Saturday in June. Onieda should be HOT ! ! !

    Spinner baits with a swim bait trailer is GREAT. Use a bluegill pattern. ALSO a scrounger head in 3/8th with a swimbait trailer. Keep it right above the weed line.
    Hit the wind blown shoals for smallies. They like smaller S/Bs or a tube.

    Just got back from Onieda we did really well. Some topwater action, killed them on the dropshot and rattle traps. Pancake shoal,Loftus, Dakin and the river was really good.
