Got a buddy with an 09 ZX200 with a 200 Yamaha HPDI needs some help with his setup or is everything pretty close.. Prop is a 25T1 and we started out 3.5" below the pad he was around 64mph 5800 rpm... Raised it to 2.5" below and rpm are 6k and he is at 66 mph now... This is tournament loaded and two people 200 pounds each... Is this about as good as he will get or does he have a little more in the boat thanks!

Thats real good some struggle to get that by themselves.
That's not to bad if it's loaded heavy. There might be 2-3 MPH left to get but that's about it.

I'm running an 08 with a 25T1 Dont have P2P measurements, but i'm running 5900 rpm i got up to 70.6 by myself. With tournament load i can see 68 on a long stretch, but usually in the 67's. Weather really plays a factor. Sounds like he is pretty dialed in.

i get 63 mph at 3000 ft elevation at 5400 rpm solo with the same set up..I think your right in the ballpark
