Need a lock out key for surge brakes

Anybody have extra one or know where to purchase the oval lock out piece to place in actuators to keep brakes from engaging?

Trailer parts superstore has them I'm sure there are a lot of on line places.
Might cost more in shipping than the part. Not hard to make if your handy. The right sized washer or coin will work in a pinch.
