Warm it with a heat gun and peel away the decal. Clean the glue residue with lighter fluid.

I was able to remove mine with the wife's blow dryer. I would start with minimal heat and work your way up. Old stickers will cove off a little easier and you'll run less risk damaging the gel coat.

blow dryer and goo gone
Heat gun and anything left is hit with 3M Adhesive remover. Blows goo-gone out of the water and most everything else.

Pressure washer, then mineral spirits to get the glue residue off
Goo Gone and isopropyl alcohol after…p.s. use a rag not a paper towel…learned it tonite
Wife's hair dryer to warm up to remove and acetone to remove residue.

Just did this a few weeks ago. The wd40 just wasn't getting it done. Acetone took it right off. Just waxed the area once done. Looks like new.

Denatured alcohol.
Magic eraser wheel(3m) removes the Stickers and wipe down add a little wax.
