Had my mom, dad and the FIL over this evening. I cooked a big low country boil with Alaskan king crab legs, shrimp, lobster tails and of course the potatoes, kielbasa, corn on the cob and a big pan of baked beans. My youngest daughter made yellow cake with chocolate icing with my mom today for fathers day desert. I'm about to pop like a tick, but I'm fat, happy and sleepy.

    Just got home,
place was packed, few drinks after we ordered.----- Ribeyes for both of us. Tomorrow when I get off the lake I'll eat the other half of her ribeye ( 10 ounces) the other half of her baked potato, and her pasta.

Amazing breakfast of eggs, waffles, bacon and all the goodies! Peanut butter on the waffles with maple syrup. And homemade peach muffins.

I prepared the fathers day meal at our house yesterday, my youngest son and his wife along with my parents came over. We had Tuscan style pork spare ribs, Parmesan mashed potatoes with tomato gravy, bacon sauteed green beans , fresh sourdough bread all followed by strawberry / rhubarb pie!

I had my Son over along with 7 other relatives for a fish fry complete with Mac/Cheese and coleslaw. Dinner was topped off with a chocolate pie and a little Scotch for a nightcap. Nice day indeed...
