    Kincaid Lake Northern Kentucky

Everytime I head to Cincy I see a sign for Kincaid Lake. I was thinking about giving it a try but 1st wanted to see if anyone on here's been and if so if they could tell me if it's worth fishing and if so what to expect and try. Anything info would be greatly appreciated. Tight lines.

Been awhile since I've been down there. If I'm not mistaken it's a horsepower restricted/ trolling motor only lake. Some decent sized bass are caught outa the lake, my biggest was a 6lb+ bass... Give it a try... Dan

It was recently changed from a 10 hp limit to idle only for all motors. This lake does produce some really good fish but not usually much quantity. It also gets muddy quick with weather. As in, don't spit in the lake or it'll get muddy. Having said that, I've caught my best fish there when it was chocolate milk. It's definitely a place to make a stop at for a chance to swing on a good one.

Flatsided wee bait silver sides with a chart.back and throw it right against the grass line and burn it as fast as you can.the 2 banks across from the campground were my best places
I,d rather be tried by 12 than be carried by 6

Couldn't find any grass yesterday. I remember that lake being thick with grass years ago

I wonder what kills the grass in these lakes. I fish another small lake that used to have grass and it's completely gone also. I don't think there was any spraying going on but it seems odd that it just up and died off.

Good big fish lake, not lots of bass, but good chances of some nice ones. There are areas of standing timber but now underwater. Has 2 ramps, one by dam is steep, other by boat rental docks has limited parking. Fish during week. There is a Friday nite tx.
