    Low voltage to bow graphs

Has anyone had issues with low voltage to bow graphs from distribution block in starboard rod locker. I have 8" and 10" on bow not reading same voltage as battery. 3 volt difference. The block doesn't seem to be putting out same voltage as what's coming into it.

Did you put a meter on it and see what the voltage is coming off the block? Or are you looking at the voltage through the graph?

Did you run your own wire from the fuse block?
    What size wire?
Do you have separate wire for each graph?
Check with a voltage meter at the fuse terminal and at the bow.

    Voltage at the battery is?
Voltage into the fuse block is?
Voltage out of the fuse block is?
Voltage at the pins going into the unit?

This will show you where the problem is if there is a problem. Both of my graphs show different voltages than the reading at the battery.

Yes we put volt meter on batter, power in block and power out block, ran new 12ga. Wire to power them from block. Voltage at battery was 13.5, power in and out block 10.5 graphs reading from same to a volt less. I
I didn't check power at unit wire, I'll check that.

Ive got this exact same issue. I figure its in the block somewhere. On my HDS12 on the front it will shut off from time to time due to low voltage. Ive not had time to pinpoint it further though.

The fuse block on the integrated wiring system is powered by 30amp relay that is energized by the main power switch, follow the wire feeding the fuse block and check the power on both sides of the relay there are 2 feeds to the fuse block one side is powered directly from the switch,

If the battery reads 13.5 and the block reads 10.5 the problem lies between the two. As Drew said it is probably the relay but I would also check the output from the main power switch. Could be a bad crimp on the wire to the block.

Take the fuse panel out. Make sure everything is tight. I had the same issue. All it turned out to be was a couple of loose screws.

    ok thank you
I'm struggling with a similar problem and was going to check this but I guess this isn't the problem I got.

Yes it's 13.58. My unit will work fine for about 15-20 minutes then shut off or say sonar lost. If it goes off it won't come back on either. Hydro wave will stop working as well. Had my battery tested and it's saying it's fine. I'm running a batteries plus x2. Garmin 7612xsv talked to garmin and it appears everything is working fine on their end.
