    Ozark Road Trip

Tam and I went on a bike trip to the Ozarks last week. We rode about 1000 miles in the Ozarks and 2300 miles total. We rode a ferry on Bull Shoals lake we started out on the Ark side and got off in Missouri. The scenery is just beautiful there, would be a great place to retire. One of the neatest things we saw was Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs that is made of glass, pics don`t do it justice. Here are a few pics.

Ferry Ride, The lake was like glass.

    Thorncrown Chapel

    Pretty Scenery

Relaxing after a day of riding

I've got a 3.45 +/- acre govt. front on Bull Shoals, thinkin about selling. Bought it 2 years ago thinking I would use it for camping, but haven't. Arkansas side, very near Welcome Ridge boat ramp. Beautiful area (most of Bull Shoals is ). $18k Shoot me a pm if interested. Andy

I used to do business in Northern Arkansas for many years. Forget calling anyone there on Wednesday nights as they're all gone to Prayer Meeting. The people there are just different--in a positive way.

With Greers Ferry Lake, Lake Norfolk, Bull Shoals Lake and many other lakes, it's a great place for a fisherman to retire.

They also have some great trout fishing on the tailwaters below the dams.
