    Safffire hardwood Lump Coal

    Any reviews? Local guy carries it and I am tired of the frontiers, kowboy, and the others that are in Wal-mart, Sams, BJ's.. thanks

    I used it before. It's real dense. Along the lines of wicked good. I think I paid 10$ a bag...my discount at the time. As long as the bags were not thrown around it will have decent chunks in it. Do the rain bag test. Pick one up and and have the top of bag point up, then flip it upside down. You will hear lots of dust pieces or if all good tou wont hear much.

    I opened the bag and payed it out.. very happy with the portions of large to med.. gonna use it tomorrow on some baby backs.. Should I add any other wood for smoke?
