96 Blazer

Hey Blazer owners...
A buddy of mine is looking at a used 1996 Blazer, and I figured I'd throw it out there to see if anyone has any feedback on them... Any feedback is welcome, positive or negative... Anything to look out for before buying?

Love my 95, no complaints. Check normal stuff, nothing out of the ordinary for that age boat... transom and stringers. Other stuff is easier to redo if the price is right. If it has a motor, do normal motor checking.

Thanks... was planning to do all the standard checks on the boat and the motor... Hopefully nothing rotten on it. It's listed at $8000 as is, we'll see how it is in person when he goes to look at it up close and personal.

Be sure to check around the floor drain and seat pedestals.

The floor had been replaced recently on my boat, so that is good to look for.
