    Under rub rail LEDS

If putting a light strip under the port side rub rail, what would be the best route to run the wiring to hook it to the Accessory switch?

depends on where you are putting the lights, if near the middle of the boat its easier to go back to the battery compartment and across, personally I remove the seats and the gas tank cover and go straight across but everyone doesn't enjoy taking the boat apart as much as me

I've had my seats and tank cover off, it wasn't bad to do.
The strip I have if I decide to use this one is 16ft long, so I could go from the back. (This is just for night fishing)

16ft should put you close to the rear of the boat. You should be able to go right across the bilge compartment.
