Is that with or without a weight! Here in ok I have been seeing some guys weighed them and flip Them like you would a standard flipping bait . Thought this might be some new secret thing!

no no no no no. flukes serve a much narrower purpose than a spinnerbait or a chatterbait and all 3 are used in totally different conditions. Don't get me wrong a weightless fluke is a staple but a chatterbait/spinnerbait will more likely catch my biggest bass and bags of the year.

I keep a watermelon Red weightless tied on all the time. I fish like a worm and have tremendous success with it. Caught an 8# on it just a couple weeks ago.

If you are fishing Florida grass lakes and don't use one you will be missing some great opportunities.

I live in AZ and fish two of the most pressured lakes in AZ, Saguaro and Canyon lakes. When I first started fishing these lakes everyone was telling me they were drop shot lakes and good luck.

I started fishing flukes in multiple colors with either weightless and with a 1/8 or 1/16 oz weighted hook. HOLY $HIT , that was the ticket. My PB is on a fluke.

They are like one of the above posters said, "one of the most underrated baits out there" I always have at least two rods with flukes tied on!!!! Love this bait. Zoom Super Flukes are it.... LOL

I guess I need to throw a fluke, or Chatterbait with a fluke on it more.
Currently my home lake has a clarity of 3". Have yet to catch anything on a Chatterbait, with or without a trailer.

So glad I read this thread! Went today, forced myself to throw a Chatterbait with a fluke trailer. Had a hit, missed it. Good enough for me.
Later on, t-rigged a fluke, boated two non keepers.
Have never had a hit on a Chatterbait on this lake.
    Thank you!

I have a fluke on the deck, weightless, in white at all times. I fish it any where I can. I usually limit it to 10-12 feet, but depends on the water clarity. A lot of times throw a spinnerbait in sparse weeds, no hits, then switch to a fluke. That combo usually works.

I forgot how well they catch fish until a few years ago. Tied one on, and whacked them. Hasn't left the deck since.

I move from chatterbait to spinnerbait to fluke/swimbaits as the water clears up. They each have their place.
