Got a question for you guys, especially the Verado owners. I was at BPS and asking about cusTom orders etc. Well we got to talking about the z20/z21 and how I would like a Verado engine. The guy tells me I have to pay the $800 dollar smart gauge upgraDE unfortunately because the motor will not run without it. I told him that from what I researched you don't need to pay "upgrade" since Verado's require this to function and that difference in sticker price from a 2 stroke is part of the cost increase. Can someone confirm this?
