My childhood pond that my father and I have been fishing for 20+ years is now inaccessible thanks to someone who built a house near the ramp and I guess his property includes the ramp. Once his house was completed his first order of business was to put up posted signs and try to block the ramp with boulders. Blows my mind

Do you mean Haunted Lake on Scoby road in Francestown? I remember you telling me about that place. I would get in touch with both the town and the Fish & Game department and let them know of the situation. I bet the town is already aware but I would get in touch with them anyway. And CALL them, do not email them. I have tried to get in touch with the town before and they never responded, I had to call to get in touch with someone. It may not get resolved quickly, but there's a chance it could get resolved.

If it is over 10 acres I thought it had to at least have a public access point. Maybe not a launch but at least a public access point.

for those interested, the ramp is back open as long as people respect his property. my dad is pretty psyched and I cant wait to get back and fish it when I get home!
