    Top cap and hull separation on a 2001 201D

    Had separation between the top cap and hull, how do fix this?

    Wish I could get mine to separate like this, so I could replace the stringers on mine!

    I am having this issue too. Curious what your plan is, I have fixed some but realized it's a bigger issue than I thought.

    I am thinking my plan is to part it out at this point. Guy wants $4300 to split the cap, replace the stringer and bulkheads and that is hoping the transom isn't wet. I like the hull layout and sadly only ran the boat 4 times, but can't fish with it like that! I have lots of goodies I've spent money on to get the boat to tourney level, so probably sell all that and regroup. I was pretty shocked to see that the floor had absolutely no glass on the underside whatsoever, but maybe that is commonplace!
