Illinois CDL holders, what to claim?

Which of the four should I claim?
I'm not currently using my CDL for work. Have​ a class b with air and tank. No medical card.
Would like to keep CDL, as they are tougher to get now and you never know what life will throw at you.

3. Non-excepted intrastate driver (NA)

You'll get a K restriction and can only haul within the state. No medical card will be required. Then, if you want or need to haul out of state, all you have to do is get a federal cdl physical and show it to SoS and they'll remove the restriction.
