    Skeeter trailer running lights

    Hey guys,

i have an ez loader trailer and the running lights aren't working. The brake and directional work. I believe I checked all appropriate fuses in truck, but couldn't find any blown. Any thoughts before I go crazy looking for something little? Thanks in advance. Mike

I only one fuse in the truck needs to be checked and that is the dedicated trailer running light fuse. Usually under the hood and usually the cause of the problem.

Look for 12 volts on the brown wire on the trailer with the lights on, go from there if necessary.

    Grounds don't blow fuses.

EXCEPT that Suburban I bought with a bad engine ground, it exploded taillights.

Nicked or frayed wire that grounds out occasionally when trailer is moving.
