    What is this?

    0G625076. Mariner 150EFI '97. Found this under my cowling tonight, port side. It's plastic, hole through it, has a kind of a white check ball at the end.

    cowling drain got 2 one on each side kinda just below cyl head suppose to let water out but not in usually clogs up
