    2011 Z118 150 PRO XS SETUP

    OK 2011 z118 ranger with pro xs 150 6"OR 8" NOT sure slide master 23p tempest plus only getting 53mph 5400 rpms

    Looks like your prop could use a refresh/repair. How many rpm's have you lost since it was new and did you put new plugs and a fuel filter in it this year.

    no new plugs or fuel filter just got boat last fall

    Did you buy from a dealer or private? Your low on rpm's and it could be your too low prop to pad and not getting wide open throttle.

    Find a local Mercury dealer and have it put on the computer to check the throttle setting to make sure it's getting WOT. Prop to pad needs to be 3 1/2" and up.

    prop to pad is in the 4" to 4-1/2" range

    YES I DID but didnt use level more of an eyeball test getting it level then measured

    Got the level out... Prop to pad is 3 1/2" should I get prop worked to start??
