What's that part called? You know, the part with the stuff on it?

There's a piece of black plastic corrugated piping that covers the wires from where they exit the transom and head up to the motor, about 1 1/2" - 2" in diameter. It has a fitting on one end with 3 screws that go into the transom, then it slides over a cover that is on the motor. What the heck is that thing called? I need to order a new one and figure out how to put it on.

    It's on a 1998 Skeeter P175. :)
