Its worth doing it yourself, I've used the 20oz pre-cut bunk carpet from here and it lasted a long time http://marinecarpeting.com/20-oz-boat-trailer-bunk-carpet-2-pieces-12-x-12-each/
Make sure you use stainless staples, regular will rust apart in a few seasons.
