any suggestions on good places to eat around lake guntersville ?

If you are on the lake, Goose Pond Marina has a great burger. El Camino Real is pretty good mexican food. I am not a fan of Top O the River. The sides are great but food is just OK. Publix makes great subs.

I am sure there is a good BBQ place around there but I haven't found it.

I have to disagree about Top O' the River.....I love it! If you like fried seafood, that's where I'd go. For $24 they have a seafood platter so big you can literally eat 2 more meals off the leftovers!
