Custom Mold and Tint can make you one if you cannot find one. I've had 2 made from them and they do good work.

How much do they charge for a custom??

Right at $100. You can send your old one in and they will make a mold of it, or if you don't have one to send they have instructions on their website on how to make a template to send to them.
