That is a fine list. I've played Turtle Bay Hilton and Makaha West on Oahu and Princeville on Kauai. I have played courses in Japan, Australia, Korea, the Philippines, Canada, and Alaska.

Probably The Black Diamond Ranch, beautiful course built around a rock quarry. Staying at Orange County National was a lot of fun, playing 36 holes a day.

Pebble Beach was my favorite . had a nice sunny day with no wind, which is rare .

Also enjoyed Half Moon Bay , was tough with the wind blowing off the ocean but I like a challenge.

Philly Cricket is as good as it gets in my opinion, and the world is just starting to find out how awesome Streamsong is. Both will test every aspect of your game, but do so in a way that is so much more fun than the other brutes on my list.
