Just curious if anybody else solix screens are freezing up? I can switch between screens but they will freeze up. I can restore defaults and it will work for a little while and then freeze up again. Power shouldn't be issue because I have new 31 agm Duracell parralled with new 24 starting battery. And yes 10 gauge straight to battery.

What does the voltage display on the unit without the motor running?

What map card are you using and do the freezes happen when going to/from a map screen? Read something on here the other day that there was a known issue with 3.03 and Navionics but not sure if it was ONIX only or included Solix as well.

If you've done an upgrade there could be an issue with waypoints.

2- 15 SI and they work great, no issues.
I'm having the same issue... the unit will freeze up and the only way to fix it is to power down then power back up. Any idea on a fix for this issue?
I am having the same thing with my two Solix 12s but only my SI and DI are freezing.

Staveman, 2 things to check. Current software Version 3.0400. Power- consensus is #10 wire straight from the battery(with a fuse at the battery of course). After that get Humminbird involved. Bob
My 12 freezes and have to restore defaults to get it running again.
They sent me a new one and it worked. My buddy just had to send his back as well.
