Has anyone bought a S&W Shield and sent in the $75.00 Rebate form? Have you heard anything on that rebate? Just wondering, I sent mine in on April 5th and have not heard anything as of today. I just sent an inquiry to S&W, they are closed on the weekend, so hope to hear something soon.
I sent in my rebate end of April. I got an email 2 weeks later saying it was accepted and being processed and will be 4 to 6 weeks.

Try calling 1-866-963-7933. They said call after 30 days to see if it has been processed.

Just got off the phoner with the represenative. She told me it is 10 weeks from the day it was accepted. SO, that is the 3rd different answer
so far in here. I am sure they are very busy and when they send it, they send it. They accepted mine 6 weeks ago so I still have a month to go.

Just enter the zip and last name and hit submit. It may show $0 for a while, but should eventually show the correct amount. Just seeing it there at all says the rebate was accepted and valid. We have 4 of them coming, so I've been checking.

That is a neat way to do it.....I called yesterday to confirm my 5 and wouldn't have had to do that if I would have saw this link first.
HOORAY.... My rebate shipped on 7/14. 9 1/2 weeks to the day. My new shield was worth the wait

Got an email saying they were heavily backlogged. If you sent in the rebate in April they wanted to get it out by 7/15. If you sent it in May, they are promising by 7/31.
Nobody else got the email?

I got the E-mail last week, got the rebate yesterday.

The E-mail I got was from the President of S&W apologizing for the delay in getting out the rebates in a timely manner. Said they were overwhelmed with rebate requests, and gave a timeline for sending out the checks. I believe it stated that all rebates would be sent out by July 31st. I never got an E-mail stating when mine was sent. Also when I went online to the rebate site (http://www.rebateinquiryonline.com/) and entered my info, nothing ever showed up.
I'll give it this week yet, then I will call as it has been over a week since the check was sent.

Got the same email as Coke and the website says mine shipped on 6/29. I haven't seen a thing.

I hope this situation isn't too bad. I just bought an M&P Shield 45 and if the rebate comes through, I'll have paid $285 for the gun. Can't wait to shoot this thing! Read lots of good reviews on it.

I love my shield .45 I got the 3.3 barrel. I paid $330.00 for it and with my $75 rebate my final was $255 plus $7.00 shipping fee.
Then again I pay $30 for the FFL dealer to process everything. so my total for the pistol was $292.00 and that aint bad :)
Mine arrived yesterday.
