    Humminbird Customer service time interval

    Sent them my onix 10 si because of lockups and an unresponsive pixel. Sent it last Thursday and recieved it back today. Excellent in terms of speedy service. Of course I went fishing before it arrived so haven't tried it out yet. They replaced the pcb and front panel.

    I have to agree that their customer service is really fast. I had a problem with my 899 and sent it to them on a Monday and had it back Friday. The people you talk to over the phone are extremely knowledgeable too. I guessing they do a lot of product training for their staff. Ive also hadthe same experience with Minn Kota when I had questions bout my charger.

    I had an issue that was handled recently and the unit was in house ONE day & on the way back...
