Looks great. Might be careful with the front depth finder...mine acts like a lifting wing above 90! When I turn it parallel to the deck it does fine.

I used kiwi grip, then finished it with an interlux gray deck coating to get the shade of color i wanted and even better non skid, boat is sandstone/red, it had carpet that was bright red and showed every mark or bit of dirt

Ya but you still have to scrape glue every time you change carpet, carpet is fine, it just doesnt work well with 2 guys fishin' tournaments.

The kiwi grip is pretty cool, it is rock hard when dry, but still a water base product,so no wicked fumes like alot of bedliner and resin based products, you can control the texture with the nap of the roller you apply it with, i made mine pretty aggressive, but you can make it like emery cloth, if you want. We fish the great lakes alot, so i wanted a solid grip for fishing rough water. I think it will work for us.

Also went with thicker weatherstripping on the hatches, nuthin worse than water on your gear...
