I still have the original carpet in my 99 207DC and have had it rewired, new Honda 225, new TM & seats and electronics are <3years old. I bought the boat 2000 and average fishing twice week year around. PROBLEM.... I'm starting to find very small holes in the top cap, none bigger than a pencil eraser and only 3 so far. Boat is garaged and well maintained. Any ideas?
Not a clue...my 98 topcap is in good shape...are they round holes or irregular holes....?
Mostly round-ish. I at first thought something had punched a hole in it but then found a couple more and they are slightly irregular in shape. Gelcoat breaking down? It's in great shape every where else.Originally Posted by Bassmeister

No, not in the right places for that and I'm very particular about docking& etc. I thought maybe it was air bubbles from original build?
