    Jamey Johnson

Last night we went and watched Jamey Johnson at the Inlet bar in Ft. Pierce. One of the best concerts I've been too. He and his band sound as good live as they do on the radio.

He plays both kinds of music....Country and Western

I saw him years back and it was the best concert I have ever attended. They played for 3 1/2 hrs. I think he has the best voice in country music and he's a hell of a song writer.

For some reason, he's struggled to really get rooted as a singer. Chris Stapleton will have the same problem I believe after the new-ness wears off. Every song seems to sound the same. Even George Strait would mix it up and throw in some different sounding songs.

Seen him many times.......he didn't want to conform to today's pop country so I assume he is just doing what he loves and playing smaller shows.......he and Randy Houser are big buddy's.......seen them together twice........Randy conformed and is still hanging in the big leagues

Oh yea saw him and Hank Jr in Shreveport couple years ago my two favorite country singers. Ole Jamey J. and Hank Jr. make a redneck want to drink a cold one for sure..

Saw him do in color at the Grand ole opry. I still remember the chills I got listening to him. Been listening to him for a long time, very underrated in my opinion.
