    Install new Helix 9 today. system status 0 volts?

    Hooked up the Helix to the boat today. Will install the transducer tomorrow . Went into systems status to check the software version and noticed the voltage read 0 volts. Ran dedicated wiring and fuse just to the helix and everything lights up so do i need to change a setting?
