Smile Can a badly repaired prop cause different problems?

Well took my newer six months quicksilver version of the Vengeance to a prop shop for repair, got someone's older model 5118 with stamps all over it and rust in the hub. Lost speed and gain couple hundred rpm, they put more cup in it and Rpm are closer but handling went to heck and sometimes it wants to go right when trimming up about half way. Got a new Spitfire X7 13x 17 coming I hope it improves the ride.

Could Mark get the older prop closer to spec?

A different prop can cause handling differences, whether properly repaired or not.

depends on if the other prop shop screwed it up too badly or not, you'd have to send it to mark to find out id bet.
