Procraft quality in 2000?

I saw a beautiful 2000 ProCraft 180 fish and ski recently. How was the build quality then. I have heard there were ups and downs over the years.
Is there anything I should be sure to check out?

My 2000 210 is solid. I have a crack at the passenger console. Not structural. Also have a few small ones here and there. Otherwise no issues with build quality. Gel is slick and pretty still.

I love my 2000 Procraft Fiish and Ski.... Dont get me wrong, i would love juat a bass boat, but for family and skiing, tubing and just running, it is perfect... I fish 3-4 days a week in evenings and its a little short up front for that... Not too bad, just on borderline of saying dang i wish i had another 2 ft... Anyhow.. I have had 0 problems out of mine.. Other then i have a squeeky sterring wheel right now.. Trying to figure out how to lube it... But i have had it for 3 years and looks great....
