    Tim at Phoenix

Hello, all! I just wanted to share some information about Phoenix. I have emailed Tim previously and he was always quick to reply and very professional, but this time he wasn't exactly the same. I told him I'd be driving through Winchester, TN on my way to a lake nearby, so he told me to come by. I had what I thought was a minor issue, which turned out to be nothing. He then showed me the plant, explained how the boats were built, and took the time to make me feel like I was welcome and that he actually cared about what I thought. He knows the exact boat I bought, and what it was used for, and even tried to help me figure out why my navionics chip wasn't working before I left. I just thought this was really cool, especially since I bought a two year old used Phoenix, not a new one. I'm not going to speak for other boat brands, but I am going to speak up for the level of customer service that Phoenix offers every customer of one of their new, or used boats. Their product is just as good, I love my boat.

Well I am glad to say I haven't had to deal with him! Ha so far I've had zero issues and it's good to hear that if I ever have an issue it will not fall on deaf ears! Thanks for sharing.

All the good things I hear about their customer service have put them in my short list when I go looking for a new boat.

Sounds like Tim gets it, more companies should follow his lead.

They better clone that Tim guy. If they keep building 800+ boats per year, he is going to get overwhelmed with 800 new customers every year calling.

Tims great, no doubt about it. Same deal for me, i bought a used Phoenix but hes treated me like a guy who buys a new one every year. Top notch product, but the customer service pushes them over the top. I dont see myself owning any other brand
