I have 2 onix 10's that have the 3.0 version update and was wondering is the 3.03 is worth doing.. I have one of my unit locking up about every 3-4 hours while fishing and don't want to chance this new update making things worse. I do have 10 ga wire wired to the battery so i would not think it would be a power issue.

I was also apprehensive as Version 2.7 crashed my ONIX 8 and had to have it replaced. I just installed version 3.0 and then 3.03 and so far it has been great. I almost hate to talk about it as I have had my share of issues with the ONIX ever since I purchased it in 2015. I am hopeful that this is the real deal this time. Keeping my fingers crossed! I think you should go for it, as it is the upgrade and should repair your problems. Please post your results.
