Advise on vmax sho prop on a 225 sho .

Bought the motor new and prop new 6 yrs ago. Over the last couple yrs ive notice some loss in performance. Is it uncommon for these props to lose there cup ? I'm running 72 at 6000 rpms and its a struggle to achieve that. Iwill bu a new prop if its recommended to do so. Thanx

Prop just needs to go to a good prop guy.

Bought a brand new T-2 SHO prop and opened the box and it has ripples on the leeward edge of 2 blades and a polished dent if you hold the light just rite. Took it back to marina and they opened 2 more new props and mine was the best out the 3 ! Whats up with that ? is this the best Yamaha can do ?
