What is a ball park price range on a 2007 Gambler 2100, with a 2007 Mercury 250 pro xs? Engine has 155 hours and recently serviced, new 27 fury prop, bobs hydraulic jack plate, 2015 82lb thrust motorguide tour, new trolling motor batteries (2017), new carpet with 6-8 feet of extra carpet that was left over (done in 2015), seats re-done by Mary Kay (2017), Lowrance HDS 7 gen 2 at console and total condition an honest 8.5 out of 10? I will be selling mine but want to know roughly what it's worth.

I would think $27k ish, depending on condition. Do an NADA guide price check, they are typically accurate, in my experience anyway.

No problem, I posted 06 2100 ad a few posts down that has 225 Pro XS in mint condition for $24k.
