Replacing live well valve on 2006 le195, suggestions...

I'm need to replace the live well valve because it's stuck. Trouble is I can't figure out how to access it without taking the gas tank out.
Anyone have any suggestions. The boat is LE 195 dcx 2006.
It appears the valve is directly under the gas tank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2011 Legend 199. I had to replace my valve and thought it was under the gas tank too. After looking closer, I found that it was located in front of the tank where I could access it. It was hidden under bilge pump hoses, the reason I couldn't find it at first. Are you sure it is under the tank?

Oh man... Just did that very thing in my 2000 procraft. Same thing. Yanked the tank out. Had to cut the carpet on the back seat pedestal mount to pull it out before the tank would come. It stunk so I moved it to the back where I can get to it. I went all new hoses and the whole 9 so I would not have to worry with it anymore. It really wasn't so bad, just took time. And I had to cut my carpet. My carpet was gone so that was no big deal. She went for carpet today.
