    2010 Skeeter zx190 with 175 sho 2017

Hi everyone I would love your input i'm losing my mind, just upgraded everything right down to the onboard charger.

my question is what prop should I be using.

    2010 zx190
    2017 175 sho
    2017 ulterex
    3 batteries

i came from the 175 hpdi and was getting 65-66 all day long loaded, don't think I'll be doing 60 very different motors.

    thanks in advance

No power poles 62mph range. With poles 60mph range. Full load with 2 people drop 2 more mph. Now that it's hot and humid here in Florida I get about 59 mph with two talons, two Anglers and a full load. I have a TZX190 and a 175sho

I doubt you will be faster with the SHO over the HPDI. The 175 SHO is 12lb heavier, plus the power output of those engines is near 6K rpms. The 175HPDI did well between 5,500 and 6,000.

Why get rid of the 175 HPDI??? Those are great motors.

I am curious too, I have a 2013 ZX190 with a 175 HPDI and I wouldn't think of trading it for a SHO, the HPDI is a bullet proof power house for it's size.

my lower unit got hit so it was a 2010 costed me the same to repair or insurance to cover the damages so decided to change it. Keep in mind removed the oil tank probably made up the difference in weght.

i would agree the HPDI has alot of balls, this SHO is quiet and fuel efficient but different, not sure how i will like it.
