Not sure what I am doing wrong but I can't get the app to connect to my phone. Always closes the app. Has anyone had a problem like this? Bluetooth on my phone is on power pole pumps are up and running. App just keeps trying to connect with no luck.

Try deleting the app from your phone, then download again.
Make sure you're running the latest version of your phone's operating system, too.

The app??..its far from useless.
I havent got it to do anything but lock up or lift the poles up and down and change speeds other than that nothing works on it.

Id try to redownload it, what is it you want it to do that it isn't doing.?
Well I got it to connect to my phone. But now the app closes when trying to load settings? Keep uninstalling and reinstalling?
can try it one more time, then I would call Powerpole.
Trying to get this to work. Power pole just says keep trying. Other facebook groups said the app will not work with older pumps? Is this true I bought my power poles the fall of 2012
