HAVE BAD OIL STAIN, NEED THIS REPLACED, WHAT IS BEST OPTION, DEALER, FACTORY? It has a sewed seam on edges, so I know it was pre fabricated to fit floor, so wondering what best option is to replace?

Dawn dishwashing soap and a High Pressure Power Washer. Boat carpet is synthetic fibers made out of polyethylene and polypropylene (plastic), so the stains should not take a permanent set like cotton fibers would.
Hot water makes a huge difference as well. I can make my 14 year old carpet look so good it makes me scratch my head about replacing it during my redo.
Did your column leak steering fluid on to your carpet? My o-ring went bad on the fill plug and stained the hell out of it. I've tried everything but can't remember if I tried dawn or not.
Charlie
Resolve spot remover has worked for me.
I usually spot clean worst stain with my baby Bissel steamer. Spray down the whole deck with simple green let soak for about half hour and then use a 40' nozzle and medium hot water working front to back.. When about dry I use. 50/50 mixture of water and white vinegar ,mist the carpet and brush with one way strokes with a pet grooming brush. Lifts the nap.
When you say 40 degree nozzle what do you mean? Are you using some kind of power washer?
Nozzle on a pressure washer.
Yes
I have a pressure washer but no hot water hookup for it.
They spilled hydraulic fluid in mine when they filled the steering when I bought it and cleaned it up with some kind of solvent that ate the glue. Took it three years to show up but it's not glued in an eight inch spot under the helm and they know longer make the carpet color to match.
You can spray more adhesive under the carpet by using spray adhesive with a small red tube attached to the nozzle. I've made this repair many times.
Haha
