There was some nice boats at the ramp (Upper Barton ) this afternoon at there weigh -in . Didn't get half way down and turn around in the dirt lot . There was a nice yellow Bullet with a Mercury 250 Proxs and a Ranger with a new G2 motors on it . What it took to win . Stop at a store on Six Fork rd and a worker said he think it was a high school club Tx ?
It was the BASS State HS Tournament. We had 45 boats in it.
My sons South Granville HS team finished second and third so now we are qualified for the Nationals at Kentucky Lake next month. It took 30 pounds for two days to win. Second had 24.54 and we had 24.51 because of a dead fish penalty. Oh well it happens.
Ever been to Kentucky Lake?????

That's good for the young men's . They can fish . I been fishing Falls since it has been open ,and never got that weight . But has won my share of wlld cat TX on the lake ,back in the day .
I have caught that weight but not in a TX on the lake ......good for them and hope they do well on Kentucky Lake . And thanks .
