You may be able to get a solid one form a Skeeter Dealer. The cheaper way out would be to have a fabrication shop make you one.

Go to a metal scrap yard and you can buy the aluminum road signs DOT has sold. Peal the reflective stuff off, take a wire wheel to it to get the sticky residue off, cut it with a grinder with a cutoff wheel, dress up the edges, drill your holes, and paint. A local sign shop will probably make you a decal of your liking for a few bucks. Cheap and you did it yourself.
